Situated on the hills of Churriana, “El Albaricocal” is a land property which has been qualified  as URBAN LAND (SUNC) according to the Agreement for  Urban Development  Planning SUNC-R-CH.5  by the Office of Town Planning, Public works and Infrastructures of the town council of Málaga. The agreement was published, and therefore approved, in the official gazette of the province of Málaga 11th October 2012, thus obtaining the final endorsement in the decree of 5th December 2012, and published by the decree of 3rd February 2015.

The  total area of land consists of 310,939.37 m2 and is entitled , according  to the Agreement for Urban Development Planning,  to a maximum  building volume of 18,000.00 m2, to be built in three levels. The rest of the remaining land is to be ceded  to the Town Council for green areas.   The Agreement allows the construction of tertiary building(s): a hotel, a third age residence, a school etc.


The Principal is owner of four fincas, and these represent about 73%  of the area contemplated in the Urban Agreement. The fincas are registered separately  but they  are adjoining and , therefore, have been  regarded as one when Town Planning assigned them  the corresponding building volume  . All the fincas are registered in the Land Registry  Office number 10 of Málaga  as follows:

The situation of this land property on the hills of Churriana is privileged because of its magnificent views and proximity to Málaga, to its  international airport ,  Plaza Mayor shopping centre, Parador de Málaga  golf course,  the beach and the seaside promenade Antonio Machado, all of these being at a short distance of 8-10 minutes by car.  Fuengirola, Mijas, Marbella etc. are also within easy reach in 15-20 minutes.
